Strawberry Fields Farm in Sherman is hosting a special lecture, “The Elegance of Memorable Coffee” on Saturday, March 19, at 2 p.m.  Coffee enthusiasts will meet Dr. Gerald Ross, a barista’s barista.

Based on years of research, explore the full range of coffee options with Dr. Ross. Improve your coffee game from espresso to presse-café to café-filtre. Learn the different brewing methods (French press, Filter, espresso, etc.), and the pros and cons of each. Learn how to up your game with coffee using the machine you already have. Discover the importance of coffee roasting, and the art and science of selecting coffee beans. Coffee, biscotti, and lively discussion are included!
