Families, friends, and neighbors… share in the magic of a fun-filled night that includes a pasta dinner with a screening of the award-winning The Polar Express movie. Sponsored by the Sherman Parent Teacher Organization (SPTO), this fundraising community event for the Grade 4 Washington D.C. trip will take place at the Sherman Volunteer Fire Department on Friday, December 11, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
This “journey of enchantment” is sure to please passengers of all ages and offers plenty of extras included like hot chocolate and popcorn. Families are more than welcome to get comfy cozy together so wear your pajamas and bring your warm blankets, sleeping bags, and bean bags to experience a relaxed viewing of this delightful holiday movie.
Shhh… it’s a secret. Santa Clause “might” make an appearance, but only “if” the children are having fun. He may even give each child a small gift after the movie is over for them to take home and enjoy.

Send cash or check to Sherman School, Attn: SPTO/Polar Express, 2 Route 37 East, Sherman, CT 06784. Make checks payable to “Sherman School”.
